Took money out of my account without asking me

Complaint about Credit Perfect

To whom it may concern I'm writing my second complaint now. As have not got any where with the other complaint. For 3 months I just found out that money was being taken out of my account by Yourselves with out my permission. So as you can imagine I'm not very happy about it and want it sorting asap by paying back the money you took from me. IVE TRIED RINGING BUT NEVER ANY ANSWER.
