When contract was set up I was offered free Spotify instead of the usual cost of 9.99 this was the primary reason I chose this provider and contract. however each month this has incurred the tariff and each month I have to phone up to complain, on a few occasions they have refunded me however on others they have refused as it was too late to give me this back each month they send a link to say it's resolved after 10 months of this happening I now want to be able to terminate the contact as I have no confidence in their ability to get this right I can spend upwards to an hour plus on the phone getting it sorted and last night I was on the phone nearly 2 hours with a promised refund of £50 and a promised call from the resolutions team today however the call was not forthcoming and I yet again had to call them back They have told me I can't cancel early without incurring an early termination fee and I am not happy to accept this outcome as I no longer wish to stay with an inferior service provider can you help

I did do this but it was all online so it doesn't send anything to my email to give me any proof which is pointless am always going around in roundabouts i just want out of this contract free of charge the amount of Hassel it has called no customer should have to go through this!!
