No refund for non supplied items and no response to emails

Complaint about Miscota

Miscota sent an email that they were unable to supply 3 items on my order and promised a refund within 7 working days. It is now over 3 weeks later and I have received no refund plus I have now sent around 8 emails repeatedly asking about the refund and have received no response from them. The company has a promise on their website of a response time of 24 hours for all contact emails. There is no contact phone number to ring either which should be a red flag in any case.

In order to get a result I did a lot of research and found the email address for the admin person. This seemed to prompt contact from the customer service and a refund appeared in my account within 24 hours. Just a shame that it took so many emails and time to get this result and I wonder if anything would have been done if I had not been able to find that contact email.
