Still taking money

Complaint about Credit Portal

Credit portal are continuing to take money out of bank account every couple of week's since beginning of March.. It's £220 now! I sent them 2 cancellation emails within the first 14 days (my right to cancel and get refund) and have not had any response.. I can't seem to call them, just keeps ringing with no answer! I have no warning when they take money from me nor is it regular, just on any random day whenever they feel at £19.95 each time.. I even got a new debit card as these were debit card transactions and yet somehow are still taking money! How is this possible.
