Canceled out and still getting charged

Complaint about Venntro

I canceled out of the subscription after only being on it for a few weeks as i felt it was not for me. that was about 6 months ago . Now they have taken 219.95 Dollars out of my account . i paid that same amount to join, and only used it for a very short time. Im not happy if it is not put back , i will inform the proper Authorities as i feel they have taken money that does not belong to them . when i unsubscribed i never heard another thing from them or received any email . i got my visa today and noticed on the 4th of May the money was taken out . I did the right thing , and they are still charging me for something Iam not using.
