Company misleading information

Complaint about EHIC Direct

Paid £34.50 plus another £5.00 taken out my account yesterday that I knew nothing about. They give misleading information saying the law had changed on ehic cards and that £34.50 is chargeable.

As per my previous messages with you under a separate complaint, you had advised me to contact your Call Centre and I am constantly put on hold. I am not going to waste anymore of my time nor money trying to speak to you. I expect to receive a full refund of £39.50 and my family's personal details deleted from your Cloud as I did not sign up for this otherwise I will be taken legal action.
