I ordered a delivery which was to be delivered by DPD on Monday 5th June 2017 - between 9am-5pm. My father took the day off work to wait in for the delivery. I then receive a text at 5.29pm, saying that my delivery would be delivered tomorrow - no explanation as to why it wasn't delivered that day at all. I then pay £5.00 (on top of the £7.21 I had already paid for the delivery in the first place) for an upgraded delivery to Sunday 11th June. This was accepted by DPD. Then for some reason, I receive a text on Wednesday 7th June at 12.05pm saying my delivery was to be delivered that day by 'Paul', between 17.45 and 18.45. Confusing, as I had already upgraded my delivery to the Sunday.... I then think, well if they are going to deliver it today, they can leave it in my front porch and I can pick it up... However, then receive another text thanking me for advising them to leave the delivery in my front porch on Sunday 11th June! Now it is Sunday 11th June, I have waited in all day for the delivery and it has not arrived. I am extremely disappointed and have had one last attempt at arranging redelivery for tomorrow 12th June, asking my brother-in-law to take the day off work to wait for my deliver. I do not expect this to arrive, as I have no confidence in this company. I just want my parcel! Looking at this website, it is clear that a lot of people have had similar complaints. I would like to hear from someone immediately.
