Complaint about Xercise4Less
I told my local Xercise4Less that I was moving and therefore needed to cancel my membership over the phone. They told me to come in - which I did and then was assured it was done. Months went by and I had moved but payments still coming out so emailed and was told that I hadn't cancelled and my mum was getting letters from 'debt collectors'. Was told I had to call to settle the £9.99 fee but when I called I was constantly put on hold and then told that the charge was now £19.98 instead. Disgraceful service from this company.
