Complaint about Lovely Flora World

Granddaughter sent me flowers for birthday. First lot drooped and dead after 3 days. Contacted firm who promptly apologised and sent another bunch, which again died after 2/3 days. Contacted them again and they said to choose a bouquet. I chose 2 dozen yellow roses so I felt I was getting a good bargain. Again after 3 days completely dead. I have contacted them but want nothing further from them. Reading other reviews this firm has consistently failed. Why are they allowed to carry on! Tried to add photo but does not seem to allow that.

Dear Brenda, We are sorry to hear about your complaint. We have tried to rectify the situation by sending replacements, however, especially during warm weather some flowers do not seem to travel well. We sincerely apologise for any inconveneince caused. Kind regards, Lovely Flora World
