Complaint about Drive Dynamics

I am still waiting for my refund from an online request and payment made 6 weeks ago - 21st April. You failed to find my daughtera driving instructor in our area and under your owns terms and Conditions I am therefore entitled to be refunded (within 14 days) this should have been processed on 5th May. despite repeated phone calls and emails I still have not received my money back. I paid £99 for the lessons and £5.95 as an admin fee for handling and booking - since no booking has been made and certainly no handling - as you have not even had the courtesy to respond to a single email or call back request
