Complaint about EHIC Direct
I was not aware that this was not an official site. When I wanted to cancel I was made aware that after application I would not be able to cancel . I expected as with other transactions I would have a 14 day cooling of period and be able to claim my money back but appears to be no facility on their website to do this.
