Rude & Offensive employee "Kevin"

Complaint about Yoponi

Rude & Offensive employee "Kevin" didn't even bother to check on the car rental availability before confirm to customer without any apology even after payment being made. What a load of nonsense from his email conversation saying "I dont care about the company reputation, grow, shut down or get fired is not so important"??? This is really make people roll their eye on this terrible attitude of employee who ruining the company reputation. He even threaten to refund in longer days which in fact their normal procedure that customers could get refund within one or two day. "Just for your info, even if it is 26th, one day before your rental date, we(all car rental companies) have the right to refund you as well if we feel not comfortable to hand out company property to you. " This is what he said in the email, which is out of his responsibility on delivering what is "good" service to customers... PLEASE AVOID DEALING WITH YOPONI IF YOU DONT WANT TO RUIN YOUR PENANG TRIP!
