On 9th April we sailed on the TUI Discovery for a 2 week cruise around the Caribbean, unfortunately on the 10th April a glass fell off an unstable table and broke on my foot and I was taken to the ships hospital for treatment and was advised to stay off it for 3 days this meant that we could not go on our excursion to Aruba the next day.My wife went to the excursions desk and the hospital and filled in a number of forms and we received a letter from the ship confirming that a refund would be made. Despite sending this letter to the Birmingham superstore from whom we bought the trips and the cruise excursions department and Thomson customer services department, no apology, no contact from the superstore and no refund has been forthcoming and all customer services do is send an acknowledgement and different complaint reference numbers each time and when someone does reply and I send details back they do not reply
