Complaint about myHermes

I booked myHermes to pick up parcel last Monday. The address is a public place and the reception (where the parcel is waiting) is manned from 8am till 6pm. On Wed after phoning company only to be told 'find your answer on our website' I tried at least 5 times to get through to Web chat and failed, being no. 86 in queue with waiting time of over 100 minutes! I decided to send an email,no response from myHernes. I tried web chat again, got through to be told that there was a problem with address - I said thats utter rubbish,it's a public place and hundreds of people use it! I asked what they were going to do. Referred to investigations team then abruptly cut me off! Web chatted again and was told it could take 24-48 hours. To do what? Then what happens? I want to know 1. Why has my parcel not been picked up. 2. When/how were they going to tell me about the 'problem' with the address. 3. How do I get a compensation for this appalling lack of service. 4. When are they going to pick up parcel!
