Complaint about Menzies Aviation
On 30th May I have flown from London Luton to Florence. When checking in at the airport, the lady at the check-in desk has torn the photo page of my passport, making it unusable. While I was able to fly on that day because I had an ID card, I'll have to spend roughly 200 euros to get a new passport. Both that lady and another one from Menzies said they'd inform the company and that I should contact them for a refund. However, I've tried contacting them a few times already and I've never even received an acknowledgement they'd received my complaint. Since it's their fault that I have to request a new passport, I want to get a refund for the expenses I'll incur in.
