Complaint about PrettyLittleThing

I made two orders in april. I received the order two weeks later and everything looked great, I was very satisfied with the items, however many were simply not well fit on my body. I decided to return multiple items from both orders totaling for over a 100$ refund. According to the policy, I was set to received my refund as long as I sent it back within the allotted time. I sent my order through the post office, and would be glad to offer my receipt as proof, including the day, weight, and price I paid. After sending my return, I learned through an enormous amount of reviews on multiple platforms, that their customer service has been less than par consistently. In fact, every single person who attempted a return, never received their money back. I decided to wait the three weeks, as per the site. It has now reached over that time. If I do not receive my money back, I will take further action.
