Complaint about Furniture Village

I ordered a sofa and two extra patterned cushions, the sofa deliverd but no sign of cushions, i asked the delivery man about it he said he just have the sofa we have to ask the shop about the cushions, after making many phone calls to the shop and talking to many shop assistant and managers they refuse to send them because we didnt have any proof of not recieving them!!! I have been told by the manager in the shop i should have asked the delivery man to write on delivery note that i just recieved the sofa!!! They treated us so disrespectful and the worse was not believing in us!!! Who would paid £850 for one sofa and two cushions would lie about recieving two cheap cushions which have been forced to us by sales woman... Dont walk in to this shop they offer you coffee and cookies then when you bought your sofa you will not get any service and support from them!!! Very disappointed!!!
