Complaint about PrettyLittleThing
After not receiving my refund after 21 days I contacted PLT which took them several days to reply. After replying to my message they asked to see proof of postage the exact items I returned ect which I did after speaking to several different people they finally messaged me saying they have processed my refund and I should receive this is 3-5 days I still haven't received this refund of £63 as of yet. It's now been 36 days. Poor service I will never use this company again.
