Complaint about Currys PC World
I recently purchased an expensive camera from currys online website. Whilst ordering my product and thinking of currys to be a trusted , reliable company as it is a well established company my product never came I originally brought this camera for a gift to a friend who is going around the world and this was going to my present to him. 9 Days later i contacted currys in regards to where my product was and why it was not delieverd. Currys then told me to phone DPD in wish i obliged. When speaking to DPD they informed mke that their was a n investigation going on with my camera , that my camera can not be phoned and that i will have to go back and talk to currys. At this point i was fuming because i literly had 3 days until i can give this product to my friend before he leaves. Currys said that i will have to wait up to 14 days before any decision is made which is disgusting. I paid for product which i didnt recieve i should either get a refund or get a product replacement straight away.. why should i have to wait another additional 14 days i never had this trouble at amazon or any other big company .. After this experience none of my family,friends or co-workers are going to shop at currys again.. more importantly i will not be able to give my friend this camera who is going away and has just ruined the whole point in getting the camera in the first place. I ADVISE NOT TO USE CURRYS !! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!
