Complaint about National Holidays

Regarding the holiday we had at this hotel on the 11>17th June 2017. We went to this hotel to celebrate birthdays and anniversaries with two other couples. What a let down. our first evening meal was disgusting, no one in the room could eat it, most of the meals for the whole holiday were not very good, the service was slow.The "chef" was sacked on the second day.The rooms were clean but the sink was in the bedroom instead of the bathroom ? We had no hot water for the shower after two days so were allowed to use a shower further along the corridor.The door keys had to be recharged nearly every day as the woman on reception didn't know how to charge them for the length oh the holiday. If it wasn't for the lovely weather we would have tried to get home sooner. The new owner listened to all our complaints and apologised, we felt quite sorry for him.All our other holidays with you have been brilliant, so this was a big let down.The staff in the restaurant were great but stressed due to them being understaffed
