Overpaid and re-sell ticket not listed

Complaint about viagogo

Pressure selling, overcharged and in a panic made a re-sell ticket listing which does not appear on my account. Confirmation email states tickets won't be sent until a few days before the event and online comments indicate they might well be in someone else's name. Many previous customers were not given entry on the day due to ticket being in someone else's name.
