Have taken over £100 from my account

Complaint about Credit Perfect

I have no account with this company. I have no recollection of ever seeing this company. I don't know how they got my details or where from. I can't get through on the telephone and no response via email. I never authorised a payment with them, however as it's set up as a direct debit the bank can not cancel the payment without proving its fraudulent first. Stay clear of this company ! £14.99 every month but never the same date of the month. Even taken it twice in some months
