Complaint about Credit Perfect

Just like others on here, I had 14.99 come out my account after the 'trial period' ended. I knew that I had been signed up for this as part of another loan application, so figured i'd cancel straight away. When I went on their site and tried to login, my username and password,( that I literally just set up), did not work, so I sent a forgot your password, and they sent me a new one (not even going to get into the security risks of sending a password for finances over plaintext), and lo and behold, the new password doesn't work. I had to leave it for a while and innevitably forgot. Well, when I ask for a refund, they tell me that I should have jumped through hoops to do it and that I couldn't have one. They are a bunch of scam artists, preying on people with no money while they attempt to secure a small loan.
