Just awful!

Complaint about Wren Kitchens

We paid all of our kitchen upfront approx 5 weeks before delivery. We wrote tile everything would be delivered on this date! This was not the case- we would open units to find notes saying "sorry the doors were not ready and will be with you in 3-5 day". Which they were not. Other items were just completely missing, some were damaged and wrong items were sent!! Customer service were on the whole unhelpful, rude and would simply blame me the customer! When you do reorder items it's at least two weeks. Just a disgrace, I was also told on the telephone I would be compensated due to all their mistakes, extra time, extra costs incurred and now I just receive and email stating this won't be the case! Totally appalled!
