Payment failed for tickets I sold

Complaint about viagogo

Hi there, for some reason, my payment for a ticket I sold to field Day 2017 has failed despite the email address provided for PayPal being perfectly correct. I have also given the option of BACS transfer since this happened. And have attempted to contact viagogo over the phone and email. My emails are not being replied to and the phone message I keep getting is "we are unable to assist you over the phone". They also state they endeavour to respond to all emails within 24 hours". This is not what I am experiencing. I am keen to receive the money that is due to me for the ticket I sold and am Concerned now with no way of getting in touch with customer service, that this will happen.
