Complaint about Thomson

Booked our holiday in the store & happily walked away at the end with our paper conformation knowing where we are staying & going half board. About 6wks before we travel we got our e-tickets through email & we checked all the info was correct but then noticed it was saying we're going as self catering, so we went into the store to sort it out but they couldn't do it there & then so we patiently waited for them to get back to us and said there's nothing they can do we have to pay an extra £360 to go half board even tho it was their mistake & our conformation said half board. We couldn't cancel as we would lose all our money as it's too soon before we go on holiday. I'm just disappointed & frustrated that we're paying for their mistake !!! ALSO THE BOOKING CONFORMATION THAT YOU GET FROM THE STORE ISNT THE REAL CONFORMATION !!!!
