Interaction was too late

Complaint about Shpock

I bought a item off a seller and gave them £65 once the tran's action was complete shpock sent me a message saying this lady already had a warning and not to pay! This information came far too late and I lost my money. No item was sent. Shpock have yet to contact me regarding the complaint.

I already have you told me to clamp with PayPal this was not possible it was down to you not reacting quick enough with the seller's 1st complaint!
