non delivery no communication

Complaint about Healthy Living Direct

Placed order on 16/0617 had not received by 22/06. Rang customer serv to be informed one item in order was out of stock therefore the rest has not been sent???? & did not know when item would be in stock, took full payment on the day of ordering, told it may take 7 days or more to refund for the one item out of stock, had I not rang when were they going to let me know they were taking my money but not delivering??????Customer serv was very polite & helpful but the company itself seems to be operating a very strange system, take their money don't contact customer dont deliver goods!!!!
