Missing parcel.

Complaint about PrettyLittleThing

I have placed two separate orders on pretty little thing, and paid for both to be delivered within 3-5 days. My main concern is that I have received an email stating that one parcel has been delivered through my letterbox. This information is incorrect because I have NOT received my parcel. It is said that it was delivered on 18-6-17 at 12:13. At this time, there was someone home to receive my parcel, so there would be no need to put it through the letterbox. I wanted this parcel for an upcoming event, and spent a lot of money on it. I am overall not impressed that it takes up to 48 hours for a response from the customer service team. A contact number would be a good place to start for this company.
