Complaint about National Holidays

Relief driver for 21.06.17 peak railway. days itinerary.. bury market, salford quays. apologies from him for being 20 mins late. problem with coach gears. noone minded. driver communication. struggled to know were to drop off at bury market. erratic driving, taking coach down roads not meant for coaches. mounting kerbs scraping noises, luckily just tyre.we gave him benefit of doubt didn't no drop off. but thought might of asked passengers if had any idea. gave us 4 hours, then informed all coach when reloaded "nothing at salford quays, would only get half hour.(was around ten past 2 when saying this) would we rather return to hotel. i booked this trip for salford quays so said would still like to go, as did others, and was on itinerary, i suggested a vote, he ignored. set off as if annoyed. riding brakes, tailgating other vehicles. as if extremely angry. but no communication to anyone as far as know. appeared not to know were going. turning sharply, braking suddenly. then turning off dual carriageway down road were lorry was either broke down or parked., lorry driver offered to guide him, ignored, scraping side of bus and breaking mirror. while backing out!! onto busy dual carriageway, near miss from being hit by local bus. we experienced as on back seat!! frightening,we started to show concern looking at each other..he pulled over got off (no communication) felt like good 10 mins waiting got back on (no communication} aware then went through 2 red lights, driving with no thought or concern or communication or explanation for passengers on the coach, all was quiet for fear of the fact this driver was taking his agitation or anger wot ever out on vehicle loaded with passengers.diabolical!!! had he not broke the mirror and scraped the coach you could have been looking at fatalities.he took us all back to hotel, being last of the coach i put my hand on his arm, asking him firstly if he was ok. his reply was had a bad day. asked him were was he going next,(as i was quite concerned for his state of mind) reply back to hull, my response was i wasn't aware he had to get back to hull, his response was told us this morning. as i was one of last to get on bus said i wasn't aware and you know communication with all passengers goes a long way. he gave no response as far as im aware being at the back of the bus have said nothing to anyone, which caused me concern with his lack of skill in driving, self control and communication. I hope this driver got back to hull safely but i dont want to ever experience travelling with him again.our driver for the rest of our holiday was a safe and trusting driver, how most drivers put up with all the moans some give cannot be easy. some people should turn those frowns upside down and have a happier life. This is my only complaint of a good value for money hoidayl as of mainly the danger we were put in. and the disappointment of not getting to salford quays because of him. i await your reply on this matter.
