Complaint about DPD

Purchased two Next Day bookings online. Dropped off the 2 parcels at local point having checked what time they normally collect. Both parcels scanned and ticket provided, time logged on their website. Next day found that parcels still at drop off point. Shop staff said driver had called in previous day but told them he was to busy to collect parcels! Eventually contacted DPD (not an easy process) - explained, told no problem parcels would be collected next day. Parcels were collected, but then found out that they had not been delivered in time to local hub for trailer transfer for the next day delivery as promised. After 72 hours, still not had the "next day" delivery I had pad for.
