Complaint about Kiddicare

Contacted them via email when my JOIE stroller broke (whilst my son was in it). Only contactable by email; i included photographs but asked to send video footage. Over a week later, courier finally collected broken stroller. Took over another week for them to offer repair or credit note. Chose credit note. That took several days to then issue. In short, I still don't have a stroller, despite an email exchange of over 50 emails in 4 weeks and 4 days. Kiddicare think it's completely acceptable that I have been without a stroller for my 22mth old son. And still there's no hope in sight of getting the replacement stroller that I have ordered (& had to put additional money towards).
