I am writing to you as i'm not happy with the customer service we have received from you Chelmsford branch. I have already purchased an engagement ring from your Lincoln branch which after two weeks the claw was lose on the diamonds . I thought I would give the warren james brand another chance so me and my wife to be Gemma went along to your Chelmsford branch and ordered our rings the sales assistant said you need to order a smaller size because its hot in the store your fingers will swell so a smaller size they ordred us as these people who work for your brand are the ones who would know Gemma got a phone call saying the rings are in so we made a special trip to Chelmsford this weekend as we live over 25miles away so we got to your Chelmsford branch and waited for our rings to come out at that point it turned out that only one ring had turned we look at the one which had turned a no point on both visit to the store we were told we would have to PURCHASE a box for the ring which I find a joke as its Wedding ring and not being told made me quite annoyed. While we were in the shop I got the sales assistant(Hannah) to check gemma's ring size again as I thought the ring that was ordered by your staff was ordered incorrect size so we were told to phone up tomorrow and speak to the manager of the store. Gemma was told that she could not change the size of the ring and have to wait for the ring which was incorrectly ordered by your staff to come into store where I can try the ring on even though the ring will be to small. The Manager told gemma that we would need to pay an extra cost to have another ring made for her size gemma even asked if she could change the type of ring and was told unable to do this and the manager also said they shouldn't be letting gemma order another size. so at the end of the me and Gemma had a wasted 50mile all round journey. These are supposed to be our wedding ring we are disgusted with the service we have received it has been a very stressful and upsetting time we would like a full refund and compensation we will not becoming to your stores in the future and we will definitely not be suggesting your brand to friends and family
