Complaint about Zavvi

ordered a zbox June's addition, payment taken on 6/6/17 was told order would be sent on 10/6 or 15/6 latest, then received email saying would not be dispatched until 25/6/17 and can take 5 working days to get to me, asked for refund as my next months payment (July) would be taken on 1st and had not received Junes zbox yet, this was 20/6/17 have not even received my refund. I did not want to cancel my subscription but was not told I would be paying for something nearly a month in advance I don't mind a week or two but a month is unacceptable emailed customer services got generic email response and still no refund it's now 25/6/17
