Complaint about Venntro

I subscribed to a Venntro dating site. They debited the funds straight away but when I tried to access the site 3 days after joining on a full membership I was unable to. I have emailed them several times and have had no resolution. The duration of me not being able to access my account is now longer than having access. I am being charged for a site that does not allow me access to my own information. Venntro are in breach of contract. Everything they said a full subscription would allow me to do I cannot do: Send and receive private messages Chat online with instant messenger See who's viewed your profile Add multiple photos to your profile Create and read dating diaries Not resolving issues like this is extremely poor customer service. I would not deal with a company like this in the future.
