Complaint about Credit Perfect

I was on a website for a loan, and was forced into a subscription with them, without being able to ignore it. I called my bank and although have been refunded, pending investigation, Credit perfect claimed that I had approved the whole process. I already had a subscription with Experian, and did not need or approve another subscription. Upon calling them, and explaining to them the situation, they explained to me that my account was closed, and that no refund was possible. I have paid 45 pounds, for not even thin air. I never received a credit report or score or any other info from them. I do consider this worse than cold calling, or trojan, ie attaching a service to another service, without the user being able to decide, if he wants the service or not
