Totally misled by this company

Complaint about The Phone Spot

We were talked into upgrading our O2 contract but the wrong phone arrived and the contract was not what was agreed. So we cancelled the contract within the 14 days. Twice now DPD have not turned up to pick up the phone and meanwhile i am paying my new, incorrect, tariff with O2 and they say they cannot change my contract back until the phone is returned. Please help, The Phone Spot do not answer the phone and do not respond to e-mails. Regards Mark Gurdon

I have phoned your customer service team on a number of occasions and have only just got through. Apparently DPD are picking up the phone from me tomorrow .. the last 2 times they did not show up. I feel very let down by The Phone Spot and hope that once the phone is back with you, you will let O2 know immediately.
