4/5/17 after booking car hire 2 months earlier with goldcar through jet2 , i believed i was just picking my hire car up at alicante , late at night on arrival i took a ticket for the english speaking desk this was not the case she could speak little english and told me i had to take these extras out unaware of what they were, the amount for cobertura super was 173.51,,i thought this was my hire costs which were 173.15 . i find this very strange as if it was to confuse me , i could not understand her so i signed and just wanted to get my family away from airport as we had an hour drive to endure . why would i agree to insurance that was the same cost as the hire charge ?? unbelievable how to treat a customer i want this money reimbursed and a apology, i've been driving home and abroad 35 years accident free

Unacceptable I thought cobertuea super was mayby the model of the car as I didn't get the car I had ordered the price was the same as the hire which I beleive was to confuse people the same as me .why would anyone insure there car at the same price as the hire unbelievable. .I've seen on the complaints site lots of people have been treated the same way.I will be taken this to other sites Martin Lewis
