Complaint about Lovely Flora World

I ordered a lolipop star bouquet of flowers for my neigbours 80th birthday and made a special request that i needed them delivered before 11am on sat the 24th june. These flowers did not arive and recipient went out which spoilt my surprise to her. they were delivered later on in the day but to another neighbour over the road.i have emailed them 5 letters of complaint and had not 1 reply.i would not recommend this company.

Dear Enis, Please accept our apologies for the order arriving later that it had been reqeusted. Please note that we state that our flowers arrive via Royal Mail and although we advise them the delivery time, we cannot guarantee it. The above is stated on our website and in T&Cs. In spite of this we have assisted you throughout the ordering process as best as we could. Kind regards, LFW

I still think I should be refunded for all the trouble caused and dissapointment
