Complaint about Xercise4Less

I have three rolling contract memberships for my 2 daughters and daughters boyfriend at Wakefield Branch .Which I cancelled online on the 01/06/17. I then cancelled the direct debits as advised by the staff once the current months had been paid i.e paid on the 05/06/17, 05/06/17 and the 12/06/17 so all memberships were paid up until the 05/07/17 and the 12/07/17. The terms were a 30 day notice which I have given. I am now receiving threatening letters and texts saying I am in arrears when clearly i'm not. Tried ringing Harlands you just get an answemachine and they don't ring you back and emails are just automated that you need to reinstate the direct debit.
