DFS IGNORING CANCELLATION

Complaint about DFS

My sofa was for delivery 23rd June but they cancelled it stated the weather was too hot then rebooked for 28th June and then cancelled again by them yesterday. I had sent them a response that I do not need the sofa anymore because of their lack of professionalism and also that they do not fulfill their end of the agreement. DFS is not responding to my plea at all. They took my money but won't deliver the item, as far as I'm aware that's isn't how a business is run. I also purchased it online and in their terms of conditions, I cancel the orde, so I don't understand why they are not cancelling it!
