Complaint about Festicket

I recently booked 2 tickets to community in Hyde park on the 1st of July. I've rung a few times asking for updates (that I should be getting via email and aren't) and the only information I've been given is that they are lost in the post and to fill out a form and I would be send vouchers to act as ticket duplicates. There are still there are no updates. As I have to leave for this festival in 48 hours I am very panicked I've spend £90 for no reason over a silly scam. My reference number is ‭‭391963. Unfortunately I doubt I will get a reply before the festival date but not sure what else to do as customer service were no help.
