I'll like to start this review by expressing that one star is far in excess of what DPD deserve! Firstly I was given a delivery time slot of 06:00-22:00 on 28th June 2017. I took the day off work as the parcel was of high value so wanted to Guarantee I was at home to receive it. I received a notification via text saying Greg has signed for the delivery, Greg was the delivery man. I called DPD customer services who were extremely unhelpful and they advised that the delivery guy must have delivered it to the wrong address and took it back to the depot. They then advised I would receive the parcel the next day. The next evening I came home from work and called DPD who advised the delivery is still out and will definitely be coming the same night which of course it didn't! So I called back later that evening and spoke to an advisor who assured me I would receive a new tracking number along with a one hour delivery slot and it would be passed on to their complaints department. Today I called them after work and they said it would be coming the next day and be delivered to a neighbour, even though I did not request it. I was then told a member of the complaints department would call me within 90min, which also didn't happen so I called back and a lady who was extremely rude and found the situation hilarious and was laughing and didn't offer a solution before hanging up. If a supplier uses DPD for any parcels I will refuse the order, I have never has service this bad, I am not surprised I had to wait a long time every time to speak to customer service!

I received the parcel on Saturday after I called on Friday, they told me they didn't even try to deliver it on Friday. I am extremely disappointed in the service and response from DPD. I have never had to make a complaint about any other service and I am usually very patiemt
