Complaint about Currys PC World

I purchased a laptop from Currys PC World in Kirkcaldy around 2 years ago. I observed that I have on 01st June 2017 had £30 removed from my credit card. It is identified as Currys PCWorld Knowhow 4408000121909 GB. I am assuming that this is for the Knowhow Cloud Service? I believe that I was "talked" into this by the staff on the day of my purchase. I did not perceive that this would be an ongoing cost. I have not received an email or any other notification that this was going to be taken from my account. Also I have not received any receipt for this payment. As this is for business use, I need the receipt to be able to claim the amount back from my employers. I no longer wish to have this Knowhow cloud service as I have never used it. I am aware that my data is often uploaded, as it stops / slows my laptop, but I have never accessed the Knowhow cloud as I have other cloud storage which I use. Also, I appear to be paying £2 per month from another account. This is identified as "Whateverhappens / Knowhow Hemel Hempstead" and comes out on the 25th of the month. I suspect that this is some form of insurance against a breakdown? As the equipment is maintained and repaired by my employer I do not need this. Can you advise: 1. How do I cancel the £30 annual payment? 2. How do I get the June 17 payment repaid or how do I get a receipt for the £30 that has been paid? 3. How do I stop the £2 per month payment?
