Poor service

Complaint about Littlewoods

Ordered a bed in June has taken 2 weeks after to get a reply. After constant phone calls and hours of wasted time, phone being put down on me for no apparent reason? And my politeness still got me no were I was called to do a survey that day to say how efficient and good they were I even gave them high recommendations as I thought things were getting sorted. Did they, NOT at all they called me back after survey so sorry it will be another week so i cancelled this. Now a payment was due I have already paid as I do early each month and they are charging me double for next month and said it was because I paid early? What is this mess and customer service very rude
