Charge for paying by card

Complaint about Three

I opt to pay my monthly bill by debit card as it is more convenient for me than direct debit. I have been noticing that Three have been charging me and extra £5 on top of my monthly bill for using an alternative payment method. I would like to have this charge removed and also be refunded what I have been overpaying each month.
