Returning faulty item

Complaint about Oypla

I purchased a heavy duty aerator, but when arrived was faulty - could not even put together. I went on their website and followed their return procedure which was taking the parcel to a Hermes shop etc. I took the product to Hermes shop on 12th June - sent Oypla an email last week to chase they replied saying could take 7-10 working days - its now the 3rd July and I have sent three emails chasing the refund, but not even a courtesy email to say they are looking into - I scanned in the receipt from Hermes - I think three weeks is ample time for them to receive.
