Complaint about Brightlife UK

On 15th June I mailed my order to you for Eiger-Mate all weather jacket as advertised on page 42 and paid £17.98 by credit card. Never received delivery. Wrote to you 26th June to enquire and complain with copies of my order etc. NO reply so resent the letter 29th June and tried to phone several ttimes but no answers??? THEN did receive a telephone call to say: 1. The order item no longer available 2. My credit card payment of £17.98 will be refunded. NOW, my Bank RBS Credit Card statement states I have been charged £5.99 by Brightlife on 23 June???? No promised refund of anything.This is scandalous/illegal.
