Complaint about Oypla
I ordered a scarifier in May, it was delivered quickly, but it was faulty, impossible to assemble and scratched. I asked for it to be collected for return and for a refund. My husband has emailed several times asking for the refund, is always told it has been processed, but never arrives, so much for their 110% customer consideration. I tried phoning today, I hung on for 5 minutes being told regularly that an email results in a quicker response ( what a joke!) what does it take to get a refund?
