Not being booked on my holiday

Complaint about Thomson

Booked a transatlantic cruise for myself and husband. When we arrived at the airport I had not been booked on the flight. This took about 30 minutes to sort out before they would let me fly. We then arrived at the port and again I had not been booked on. Again a long time waiting to see if they would let me on the ship, eventually they did. I had to collect my cruise card from reception, I did ask if I had been booked on the return flight, they said it will be OK. On 3 occasions we only had 1 towel in our cabin. On the second day my husband had a letter in the cabin saying as he is a solo passenger he is invited to the solo evening dinner, we took the letter to reception who apologised and were embarrassed about this, again I asked if I was booked on the flight home, again I was told it would be OK. I was very reluctant to leave the ship at the various ports because I did not know if I would be let back on the ship. Problems with towels throughout the cruise. Two days before flying home we had our return luggage labels delivered to our cabin my husband and chocolate coloured labels for the Manchester flight and I had white labels which were for independent travel with no transfer included, again back to reception where they gave me some chocolate coloured labels and they booked me onto the transfer. Throughout the holiday I was worried about getting home, this caused a lot of stress and worry. Once at Malaga airport I had to wait at assistance (I am in a wheelchair) while my husband booked us in, this took about 30 minutes, I was worried that I had not been booked on the flight again. We were eventually booked on but my wheelchair had no labels on it so once on the flight I was again worrying that my wheelchair had been left behind. We landed at Manchester and went to baggage reclaim where our cases came out but no wheelchair, we asked some staff who told us just to wait. We waited about 45 minutes everyone else had gone then eventually my wheelchair came out. This was the holiday from hell not a relaxing holiday that we had planned. I have complained to Thomson and they have sent me a voucher for £80 off our next holiday. I will never book with them again, I want what I paid for, a cruise where I have been booked on and do not have to worry about getting home. I feel Thomson have broken the contract we had with them, as they forgot to book the holiday to include me
